Membership signups & renewals
This solution is for

What you get
- An online membership database will be created and added to your website
- The system lets people sign up for a new membership, and make payment online
- Additionally, existing members will be able to renew their membership online
- All members will be provided with a username and password to login to the website, to update their membership information, change their notification email address, etc
- Collect payments securely online via credit card (recommended), and/or via PayPal and/or via bank transfer / cheque / money order
- You can setup "coupon codes" if you want to give discounts to certain people
- Set your own custom form fields, which members must fill in when joining or renewing; this information is collected and stored in a database
- Basic reporting facilities available: export Excel-compatible CSV files; reports available for collected payments/transactions and for current member details
All new memberships and renewing memberships will require payment, which can be done automatically online (e.g. via credit card), or offline (via bank transfer or cheque, etc). Just let us know which payment methods you'd like activated and we'll set them up for you.
In addition to setting up the membership database, Smart Multimedia will also import any existing member information into the system. This will allow existing members to renew their membership easily.
In order to manage user accounts and membership information, Smart Multimedia will provide a management interface in the backend administration console. This will allow administrator users to change the email address associated with a member account, create and remove member accounts, and approve any offline transactions (bank transfer/cheque payments).
